Payment Methods
and Acceptance
CarXPC, Inc. accepts
the following payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express,
DiscoverCard, Diners or
Official Bank Check or Money Order. We cannot process orders requesting
COD, company check, personal check, or other payment methods not listed
above. We charge your credit card when an item has shipped. However, we
obtain verification and approval by the card company prior to shipment.
For our mutual
protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your
billing address may require additional verification. CarXPC is required
to collect sales tax on transactions shipped to customers located in New
York and potentially other states as well. When an order is subject to
sales tax collection, the tax amount will be automatically calculated
and detailed.
Our order
acknowledgement is not a contract and does not constitute an acceptance
of your order, but only a record of your offer to purchase a particular
item at a particular price. After you place an order, CarXPC, Inc.
will determine whether or not to fill the order, and we may refuse or
limit your order for any reason. By placing your order, you agree to
accept all terms and conditions set forth anywhere on this site.
CarXPC, Inc.
reserves the right to accept, refuse, or limit your order for any
reason, including, but not limited to, credit review, lack of
availability of a product or errors in the prices and product
descriptions posted on this web site. By placing your order, you agree
that CarXPC’s total liability, under any legal theory or claim, shall be
limited to the purchase price actually paid to us for the individual
product giving rise to our liability.
Privacy
We collect
information during email sign-up for information, order processing,
general contacts, and registration (including name, email and other
address information, product ordering information – including financial
information – such as credit card numbers), and we use that information
to complete the desired function. We use the information to process
orders, to send interested parties information about our products and
company. Visitors to our site have the option to receive future mailing
or to be dropped from our mailing list. Financial information is used
to bill customers for orders and credit card information is deleted from
our database after usage – or at least within 30 days of processing an
order. In order to protect client information, our site has implemented
security measures to protect the misuse and alteration of information
under our control, and we continuously update our security procedures to
assure all reasonable care has been taken for our mutual protection.

Policies
Due to the fast pace
of change in the auto, computer, and general technology industries,
prices are subject to change without notice. Although, we make every
effort to provide you with the most accurate, up-to-the-minute
information, mistakes do occur, and we must reserve the right to make
corrections, adjustments or changes without notice. When you order an
item that has had a price increase, we will not ship your order and
instead inform you of the increase. Pricing, product availability, and
offers are subject to change without prior notification. Although very
infrequent, we reserve the right to make changes without notice due to
market conditions, manufacturer or supplier product changes or
discontinuation, typographical, photographic or technical errors.
NOTE:
Any CarXPC, Inc. product that has been purchased from an UNAUTHORIZED
dealer (Including, but not limited to - traditional retailer, mail order
outlet, or online dealer) OR if the original factory warranty seal has
been removed, defaced or replaced in any way WILL NOT be honored or
serviced under the CarXPC warranty policy. CarXPC is aware of
instances in which refurbished models and/or discontinued models of our
monitors not intended for sale in the U.S. have been sold at a steep
discount, yet still sold as new. Items purchased from an
UNAUTHORIZED dealer may be refurbished or B-Grade units not covered
under warranty and for such items we WILL NOT service or provide any
type of support. CarXPC sells premium products only through authorized
retail and online channels to insure that CarXPC customers obtain
quality pre-sale and after-sale support and service. PROTECT YOUR
WARRANTY. Buy from an authorized CarXPC dealer or authorized
on-line dealer, (if your are not sure whether a dealer is authorized,
please contact us).
