Warranty Information:
All CarXPCTM – branded products are covered by a 180 day limited warranty from the date the System is shipped to you.  Click here to view the 180 day limited warranty.  All other products will be covered by their manufacturer's respective warranty. 

Return / Exchange Policy:

You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print RMA form. This program can be obtained free of charge at the Adobe website ( www.adobe.com ). Get Adobe Reader logo

To return merchandise for an exchange or refund, simply follow the 4 easy steps below:

  1. Complete our Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Form

  2. Request an RMA () number by faxing the RMA form to (518) 276-6380 or emailing it (requires scanning) to support@carxpc.com.

  3. To maintain your warranty, the items must be packaged properly – similar to original packaging.  Include a copy of the RMA form with the RMA number inside the box.

  4. All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.  Return the merchandise to the attention of:

Notes:

If you have requested for a refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card account upon the receipt and acceptance of the return merchandise by CarXPC, Inc.

No return will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To request a RMA number, please complete an RMA Form and contact a support specialist at support@carxpc.com.

RMA numbers are valid for TEN business days after issue.

Your RMA number must appear clearly on the shipping label of the return shipment. Affix a label to the box. Please do not mark the box itself in any way

The returned item must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.

Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by CarXPC, Inc.

After 30 days of original shipment by CarXPC, Inc., returns of non-defective items will not be accepted.

Please keep shipping and insurance information, including tracking number, until your account has been credited or replacement/repaired product is received. If we determine that failure of the product(s) was not a result of a defect in materials or workmanship, we reserve the right not to repair or replace.

Non-Defective Returns:
Non-defective returns for credit or exchange must be completed within 30 days of the date of original shipment by CarXPC, Inc. Return instructions and any applicable fees will be emailed to you along with your Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number. A 15% restocking fee may apply.

Defective Returns:
Defective products will be accepted for exchange or repair, at our discretion, within the effective date of the limited warranty.  For assistance with other-manufacturer-warranted merchandise, please contact the manufacturers directly.
