CarXPC Special Case Design:

CarXPC’s^TM computer case was designed for ease of expansion:

The Front Panel includes:

A hard on/off switch so that CarXPC can be completely turned off
A DVD/ CD-RW
An LED that offers built in diagnostics for troubleshooting

The Back Panel includes:

1 PCI expansion slot (can be used for internal WiFi, etc.)
1 PS2 mouse port
1 PS2 keyboard port
1 Parallel port
1 RJ-45 LAN port
1 Serial port
4 USB 2.0 ports
1 VGA port
1 RCA port (SPDIF or TV out)
1 S-Video port
3 Audio jacks: line-out, line-in and microphone-in; can be switched to 6 channel output

CarXPC’s^TM computer case was designed for ease of mounting:

A flange is located on each side of the case, mountable in either one of two positions (towards front or rear) toward the top of the case, or in either one of two positions (towards front or rear) toward the bottom of the case. The case mounts similarly to a car amplifier and because of this unique relocate-able flange design, you can mount in most any place that makes sense within your vehicle. Further, because we know that some would like to mount the case at the top of the trunk (out of the way of luggage or other packages), we offer an optional “trunk mount” unit (sold separately).
