Stuart Safft

Since August of 2004, Mr. Safft has served as chief financial officer of CarXPC, Inc.

Prior to CarXPC, Mr. Safft was president and founder of Rockwall Partners, Inc., a management consulting firm focused on strategic planning, process improvement, restructuring and technology-oriented start-ups. Prior to that, Mr. Safft performed various consulting assignments as a partner of Equity Partners, Inc. and as a management consultant with Thomas Group, Inc.

Mr. Safft founded and managed two start-ups, one an Internet and mail-order marketer of games and puzzles for teens and adults, and the other an importer of specialty liqueurs.

Prior to that, Mr. Safft held senior management positions in several companies:

Rowe International, Inc. (coin changers, juke boxes & vending machines) – executive vice president and chief financial officer
Rogers Corporation (electronic components & specialty polymers) – senior vice president, group vice president, chief financial officer
Dianon Systems, Inc. (specialty medical laboratory) – vice president of finance & administration
Sandvik, Inc. (stainless steel and tungsten carbide cutting tools) -- vice president of finance & administration
Sandoz, Inc. (now Novartis Corporation; pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, agrochemicals, specialty chemicals) – vice president & treasurer, director of corporate planning, director of data services, division manager

Mr. Safft holds an MBA with Distinction from Harvard University, Boston, MA, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Swarthmore College, Swarthmore, PA.
