In July of 2003, Mr. Bonynge founded and is currently president of CarXPC, Inc. Prior to CarXPC, Mr. Bonynge was president of Answerbase Technologies, Inc., which sold a multidimensional database software product used by over 100 financial institutions and other companies. Major clients included Microsoft, JP Morgan Chase, and Federal Express. Prior to Answerbase, Mr. Bonynge was vice president for marketing technologies at Merrill Lynch where he was responsible for:
He was also a VP and member of Merrill’s Acquisition and Joint Ventures team responsible for technology-related ventures as liaison to Teleport (purchased by AT&T), DataBroadcasting Corp., and Bloomberg L.P., among others. As part of the holding company’s Strategic Planning Division, Mr. Bonynge was responsible for coordinating the marketing efforts between the major retail and commercial segments of the firm. At Chase Manhattan Bank (now JP Morgan Chase), Mr. Bonynge was in both domestic and international correspondent banking. He served in various product management roles, and then became the relationship manager for Banks (bank customers) in New York State. In 1985-1986 Mr. Bonynge authored four books published by TAB Books, Inc. (McGraw Hill) on how to use a personal computer to control your home – lights, heat/air, appliances, etc. Mr. Bonynge holds an MBA in marketing from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY, and a BA in Economics from Union College, Schenectady, NY.
